As we learned on our ChiroHealth USA landing page, while the program offered at Back to Health isn't a typical insurance, we understand people still have questions regarding all the norms: what does ChiroHealth cover? How much does it cost? What are the downsides... and so forth.

As a member of the ChiroHealth USA network for years, Dr. Molly has heard every question asked, and even some you might not have thought of! Below, we've compiled the typical most frequently asked questions, or ChiroHealth USA FAQ, to help you get started.

  1. Can I use ChiroHealth USA with my insurance?
    Yes, if permitted by your health plan, and only for non-covered services or when benefits are exhausted. Fees you pay for non-covered services do not typically apply to any deductible or any out of pocket maximums you may be subject to under your health plan. Refer to your insurance plan or administrator for more information.
  2. Are there times when my ChiroHealth USA card reduces my out of pocket expenses?
    Yes, but that will depend on your insurance policy.
    • Your payment using your ChiroHealth USA discount card may be lower than your insurance policy copayment.
    • Payment using your ChiroHealth USA discount card may be lower until you have met your insurance policy's yearly deductible. Payment using your ChiroHealth USA discount card will not apply to your deductible.
  3. If i decide to change chiropractors, can I use ChiroHealth USA in their clinic?
    Your ChiroHealth USA membership will be honored by any ChiroHealth USA participating provider (click here to find other providers).
  4. Does ChiroHealth USA membership include my family?
    Yes! YOur membership includes you and any dependents you choose!
  5. How will I know I have recieved the discounts allowable as a ChiroHealth USA member?
    Most providers bill their normal fees and show a "contractual discount" on their receipts or bills. Others may have the ChiroHealth USA fee schedule and/or discounts posted in their clinic. Fees and discounts are explained at the time of enrollment. ChiroHealth USA retains copies of their contracted providers' fees for verification of discounts upon member request.
